Description：Youth Set is a strategic program that integrates higher education students and alumni for mutual and sustainable purposes (interacting, making meaningful connections, working together on various projects and growing together as professionals and job creators).
This program aims at creating and enhancing a students-centered platform that fills in the inevitable gap left by the education system, i.e, developing behaviorally and professionally through all the necessary imparted knowledge, not just being imparted with all the necessary knowledge.
Youth Set will be very convenient, because in the next few years: It won’t be about what you have, but what you can do with what you have (creativity and problem solving). Also, it won’t be about what you know, but who you know (collaboration and networking).
Self Intro：Hello! I"m Joseph Mshana, a youth advocate and design thinker, with passion for impacting people"s lives positively and sustainably. In an attempt to integrate and improve education and work in my country, I have developed a student-centred program that focuses on developing students of all levels in terms of knowledge and profession.
