GetAware is a Turkish platform where people can get quick information about discrimination and inequalities in Turkey and around the world. The idea was created to solve the lack of Turkish resources on learning more about discrimination. As GetAware team, we produce short guides and social media posts to raise awareness of people. We are planning to partner with other initatives and advocates to create online courses, webinars etc. 

 Hello I am Miray from Turkey. I am a senior in high school and I don"t want to wait to see difference around me. In high school, as my interest in social sciences intensified, I found myself immersed in anthropology, sociology, and international relations academic journals. With a thirst for knowledge, I have read every book and article that peaked my interest. It was inevitable that I would face global problems and maladaptations in today"s world. Now, I am working towards making everyone as aware as me about the inequalities and discrimination in the world.
